Here's a video of two Amon Amarth shows from 2004 where you can clearly listen the ESH Sovereign played by Ted Lündstrom. 4 string model.

In 2005 he'd change to a 5 string Stinger bass which he would use for a few years more. In my previous posts you can see that he still owns it today and uses it on video clips!
