This classic model has been played by Bass Titans like Peter Steele / Type O
Negative or Die Lutter/ In Extremo and other creatures of the night.
Jochen Imhof from SIGN Guitars ( www.sign-guitars.de
) - the original designer of this famous esh model - has recreated a
slightly modified version of this modern heavy bass for 2009 - with its
elegant shape and unique stunning features like Double-Output – one for
the Piezo signal only, and full-metal Stinger-headstock binding!
The STINGER is available in the CLASSIC Design as a bolt-on version and
in the updated Design as a neck-through construction! And the new
STINGER II comes with a separate LINE-OUT for the Piezo-Only Sound for
maximum flexibility! Both models are available in 4- and 5- string
configuration.
